It is with great sadness that we announce the death of one of our life members, Norman Laidler.
Norman, who had been ill for some time, died at 7.30 this morning in North Tyneside General Hospital.
Our sympathies go out to Norman's wife, Anne and the other members of his family.The funeral took place on Monday, 13th February, 2.30 p.m. at Whitley Bay Crematorium.

Frank Rutter, our favourite Australian, has used his wood-turning skills to make us a plaque and a clock both featuring the Forth crest.
Thank you very much Frank. Our "Hut" has never looked so posh!
