Summary
EGM
The new club constitution was accepted unanimously by the members. (Copies of the constitution are available in the clubhouse for members who didn't manage to obtain a copy at the meeting.)
Spring Meeting
- Record attendance of 43 members.
- Opening dates of various leagues and fixtures were reported.
- George MacFarlane was elected to replace Les Betham on the Selection Committee. (As Chairman. Les is now an ex officio member of the Committee}
- Richard Czopinski was elected a life member
- The Club agreed to pay for a new hosting package for the website
- The Management Committee is to investigate venues for the pre-Christmas dinner to be held on Thursday, 27th November. The Committee will report its findings to the AGM.
- Thanks were expressed to Walter Bailey for producing score books for the coming season.
